The observation and camping tailer has a fixed section containing the living and cooking facilities as well as a second section which is hinged on the first to swing into an upright setting to form an observation tower. The tower serves as a look-out post as well as a shooting platform for hunting. The convertible caravan can be used for hunting, military or police work. Access to the top is by a removable ladder which normally stores in the long length of the collapsed trailer. When used for hunting the tower can be set up to cover wandering game.
