Information system for videophone network - automatically stores information transmitted to unattended installation for reconstitution later

A video phonic network contains automatic circuits to enable an absent subscriber to reconstitute on his return the information transmitted to the installation. The recorded information can be transmitted to another installation if desired. Two subscriber installations (A, B) communicate via a network (c) to transmit signals from a camera (10) to a receiver screen (20) when a telephone (30) is operated. A control unit (40) contains detection and decoding circuits for identification signals and can connect the camera circuits. This unit also contains memory circuits for storage of caller identification and reconstitution of memorised data.
