The oxygen-gas mixture is transmitted to a heat exchanger (33) through the pipes (31) and (32). The gas mixture then passes through the pipe (35) and is discharged inside the container (3) which has double walls (36) and (37) with a vacuum (38) in between. The gas mixture surrounds the vessel (40), which has walls of porous material. The upper part of the porous vessel, connects with the condenser (45) by means of the channel (44). The condenser is filled with refrigerant (46) in the upper portion. A temperature sensing element (56) is fitted inside the reservoir (40) and connects with the outside measuring instrument (58).
