The device (1) has a first selectively permeable membrane (7) and a first one-way valve (11). A first spacer (15) and a second spacer (17) are executed in each case to connect a gas volume (25) to tank system (3) with the outlets (19,21). The first selectively permeable membrane is arranged at the first spacer, and the first one-way valve is arranged at the second spacer. The first selectively permeable membrane and first one-way valve are executed so that oxygen depletion in gas volume occurs due to locking nuts between the tank system and environment (5). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a tank flange for tank system; and (2) a method for manufacturing ventilation device.
