REINFORCEMENT PLATE FOR LIQUID PATHWAY HOLE IN COMPRESSIVE SHEET WITH FILTERING SURFACE OF COMPRESSIVE FILTER

PURPOSE:Liquid pathway hole formed in the compressive sheet with filtering surface in the compressive filtering plate of compressive filter press, is not clogged by means of a reinforcement plate. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical part 12a of a reinforcement plate 12 is attached to an air pathway hole 10a of a sheet 10 jointed to a filtering flow-out pathway 9b of a base plate 9. For example, in case the sheet 10 produces liquid flow variation, a liquid flow hole 10a is protected by the cylindrical part 12a and is not choked so as to effect safely the filtering function by always and smooth liquid flow, so filtering efficiency reduction by clogging and subsequently the production of abnormal high pressure are not observed. Then, the cylindrical part 12a and a frange part 12b for the plate 12 are reinforced by a core material 16. Also, in the whole structure, seepage and deformation are not observed which results in the remarkable improvement in the operation.
