SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY DELIVERING MEDICINES IN HOSPITAL OR PHARMACY AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To provide an automatic medicine delivering ststem, capable of delivering medicines compounded by pharmacist to consulters or parients in accordance with the instruction of computor, whereby pharmacists can devote themselves to compounding of medicines and thus it is enabled to shorten waiting time of the consulters or patients. CONSTITUTION:A consulter presents at the window 1 of medical office prescription card C and reference card B prepared by the medical office, and the reference card B rprepared by the medical office, and the reference card B is given back to the consulter. When medicines are compounded by the pharcist, they are placed on stacker 10 and information of the reference card B is given to computor 3. In response to the above, computor 3 gives to stacker 10 information indicating an empty box of rack 8 into which medicine 2 is to be qut, and compounded medicine 2 is put into the box 9. On the other hand, consulter inserts reference card A into responding means 4 a certain time later and detects whether the medicine 2 is already put in the box 9 or not. Stacker 10 is moved along rails 11 by the instruction of computor 3 while shifting its arm 12 in vertical direction, whereby medicine 2 is drawn out of the box 9 indicated by the computor 3 and transported to the window 1.
