PURPOSE: An electronic prescription system, operation method for a hospital apparatus, an encryption management apparatus, a repeater, and a drug are provided to reinforce the security of personal information by managing the authentication information by encrypting an electronic prescription using the authentication information. CONSTITUTION: After an encryption management apparatus(200) creates an encryption key using authentication information included in a key encryption message, the encryption management apparatus receives the key issuing message included in the encryption key. A hospital apparatus(100) transmits the key request message to the encryption management apparatus. When the key issuing message is received, the hospital apparatus transmits the encrypted electronic prescription by encrypting the electronic prescription.
