{PG,1 Nickel (II) thiobis(alkylphenolate) complex with thiobis(alkylphenol) forms novel complexes having improved antioxidant properties which are useful in a wide range of organic media such as lubricants and plastics. These novel complexes also provide energy quenching characteristics to such organic compositions.
