摘要

the paper presents the procedure for experimental definition of the heat of explosion.The experimental error has not exceeded 1%.The calculation method of the heat of explosion for mixtures containing organic explosives, inorganic oxidizers and metals is developed on the basis of our own experimental data.In the developed calculation method, the heat of explosion for the mixture is presented as the sum of the heat effects of the following reactions:l)Explosive transformation of organic explosives; 2) Reaction of oxygen-containing products of explosion of organic explosives with aluminum; 3) Reaction of surplus oxygen being a part of an inorganic oxidizer with aluminum; 4) Reaction of surplus oxygen being a part of an inorganic oxidizer with unburnt products of explosion.For more than 100 mixtures containing organic explosives (0...100 %), inorganic oxidizers (0...95 %), metals (0...30 %), the calculation error has not exceeded 5%.The calculation method has no analogues.Assumption of the factors defining the completeness of the reaction of aluminum and ferrosilicon with the products of explosion is made.
