Mechanical press with table and moving frame - has inclined guide elements between tension members and press housing

The mechanically driven press has a frame moving relative to the press table. The press frame has an upper and a lower yoke connected by tension members acting has high accuracy guides for the whole of the moving frame. The press housing (1) has several guide elements which act parallel to the main plane of the press frame (2). These guide elements engage with the inner, opposite faces of the tension members (5, 6) and the guide faces are inclined in the opposite directions and they are held on the tension members and the press housing.
