The press table has a rail, perpendicular (9) to the longitudinal axis of the table (1), mounted on a mobile carriage (3). The rail has a motorised unit that slides along it. The motorised unit (10) has a vertical shaft that positions itself on setting wheels (5), releases them, repositions them and locks them again. Movements of the mobile carriage, motorised unit and the press cylinders (6) that fasten the frame, are controlled by a computer (15) using data from a program developed for the purpose.
