Reprographic appts. is claimed where the individual types of a type carrier are successively projected, with the aid of a source of light, upon a light sensitive layer. The type carrier is a reflection type carrier. The lift is conveyed from its source onto the positioned type of the reflex type carrier, via optical conductors consisting of glass-fibres, glass-rods or such implements of other suitable material e.g. PMMA ('Plexiglas' RTM). A filter or a dichroitic mirror is fitted in the path of the rays.
