The device has a slide in a housing which is able to move on guides. It enables insertion of open loops with two arms as winding elements, and there is a drum for shaping the winding. The device has a trough for intermediate storing of the loops, and a device for aligning them with respect to the drum (7). It has a horizontal bolt (11) passing through a hole (10) in the slide (8). It supports the loop winding head, thus aligning the loop (23). A control device (2) is connected with the housing (4). It controls the bolt (11) movement from the slide (8) hole.
