New vegetal extracts from varieties of chrysanthellum

TITLE OF THE INVENTION CHRYSANTHELLUM PLANT EXTRACT A plant extract rich in triterpenic constituents obtained from chrysanthellum and containing as principle component a triterpenic saponin derivative of echinocystic acid whose glycoside contains rhamnose, glucose and xylose may be prepared by extraction of chrysanthellum plants. The extract has been shown to have pharmacological activity, especially analgesic, anti-inflammatory, capillaroprotective and anti-ulcer activity.
