The stilts are each made from two tubular elements which slide in one another and can be locked in any desired position. The upper element has a handle and the lower element has an adjustable food rest (7). The lower element is wider than the upper and has a collar fitting over it which locks on to the upper element. The lower element has a series of radial holes and the foot rest has two parallel rods which fit through the holes and are held in place by a wing nut.
