The floor support has two-part support feet (1), with a lower section (6) forming a vertical adjusting stem in the form of a hollow component which on its side facing the supporting surface (2) has a receiving hole for an adjusting tool. A support plate on the upper (5) foot section has spacing elements to form uniform sizes of join between the plates (3) which form the floor (4). The spacing elements are adjustable from in in-use position where they protrude above the support plate to a not-in-use position where they are in a lowered position in relation to the support plate. An independent claim is included for a floor with the aforesaid floor support.
