Device for checking results of lottery - uses number marked on transparent sheet and clipper to perforate winning numbers

The device is for checking the results of a lottery and consists of a sheet of transparent paper (2) with the numbers from 1-49 (1) printed on it and a metal clipper to perforate the winning numbers. The numbers are printed in a light colour on dark squares, the rest of the sheet being transparent. The control sheet is superimposed on the sheet to be checked so that the numbers from 1-8 appear in turn in the transparent square (4). The clipper has a hole in the top trhough which the number to be perforated can be seen.
