A process for improving the color yield and the wet-fastness properties of dyeings produced on cellulose fibrous material with anionic dyes which process comprises treating the cellulose material before, during or after dyeing, with a fluorine-containing cationic compound of the formula ##STR1## WHEREIN B represents a triazine or pyrimidine radical,PPW represents a reactive fluorine atom,P PZ represents halogen, lower alkyl, phenyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkylthio, phenoxy, phenylthio, --NH.sub.2, or the group of the formula ##STR2## EACH OF Ar.sub.1 and Ar.sub.2 independently represents an aromatic radical,PPEACH OFPPR.sub.1 and R. sub.2 independently represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or hydroxy-lower alkyl,PPEACH OFPPX, X.sub.1, X.sub.2, Y. sub.1, Y.sub.2, V.sub.1 and V. sub.2 independently represents lower alkyl, benzyl, or lower alkyl which is substituted by halogen, hydroxyl or cyano, and X also represents phenyl or methylphenyl, orPPEACH OF THE PAIR OF SUBSTITUENTSPPX.sub.1 and X.sub.2 and Y. sub.1 and Y.sub. 2, together with the nitrogen atom to which it is attached, represents a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic radical,P PAn.sup.⊖ represents the anion of an organic or inorganic acid, andPPN IS 1 OR 2.
