PURPOSE:To improve lining operation efficiency by conducting it in such a manner that an adhesive is applied onto interior wall surface of a lining tube and the lining tube is reversed so that it can be attached onto the interior wall surface by fluid pressure. CONSTITUTION:An end section 8 of a lining tube 5 is fixed, at an end side facing a vertical hole 3 of a tube 2, taking such a position as to surround an opening 16 formed in a casing 13 of a feeding device 6. Inside of the lining tube 5 is reversed by being overturned to outside. In a reversed section 9 of the lining tube 5, from one end of the vertical hole 3 of the tube toward the other end of the vertical hole of the tube 2, the back 11 of the advancing direction 10 is pressed by using a fluid body such as compressed air and moved forward in the direction of an arrow 10. As adhesive is applied onto interior wall surface of the lining tube 5, the reversed section 9 of the lining tube 5 is attached onto interior wall surface of the tube 2 with forward movement of the lining tube 5.
