The rope (2) mesh frame is intended as a novel apparatus for physical exercise. It comprises a flat horizontal mesh work carried in a support frame (1), which stands on at least three short legs (3), less than 50 cm. long. The length of the legs may be adjustable. Each leg may consists of a curved length of tube whose ends are secured to the frame. One end of each of the long frame sides may be provided with a hook (4).
