Cheese storage cabinet with outlets for conditioned air - to blow directly over surface of each individual cheese on each shelf

Arrangement is described for treating of cheeses stored on shelves which are arranged in tiers, one above the other, by directing conditioned air of the same compsn. over each cheese. The air may be directed over the upper surfaces of the cheese, pref. with velocity of 50 cm/s. Storage cabinet may comprise vertical tubes connected with a central air supply and having a number of outlets above each shelf level. The outlets are preferably placed at a level corresponding with the height of the cheeses and in groups of four directed to four cheeses.
