That portion belowthe cuspal apex tends to split away and sidewardly while theportions above the apex axe directed upwardly. The plow ispreferably comprised of laminate construction providingstrength and particular suitability for forming a channeltherein directing passage of gaseous or liquid fertilizer intothe soil. An alternate embodiment includes a pocket on theleading edge accepting removable and replaceable cuspal in-serts useful in differing soil conditions.
