Rear light for model railway carriage - has lantern superimposed onto light fitting made as light diode and seated in carriage wall

The model railway carriage rear light has one or more superimposed lanterns with electric light units. The housing of the lantern (4) has a number of bores (5, 6, 7) which are used for the placing of the lantern on to the lighting element (3) or for the outlet of the light radiated by the lighting element. The bores include flexible cams which equalise differences in the diameter of the lighting element (3) thus producing a firm seat of the lantern on the lighting element. The lighting elements are made as light diodes, which pass through the carriage wall and thus have a rigid seating in it.
