Flood light conductor for model railway carriages - has light radiation areas with rough surfaces fitting into sheet metal carriages

The flood light conductor is esp. for the internal lighting of model railway carriages. It consists of a conical rod of clear synthetic, which may be dyed, with a light source at one end. The light radiation surfaces decrease constantly in side, and are grooved, ribbed, or toothed. The model carriages are made of extremely thin wall sheet material. The end product of the plastic attachment fabn. process is a plastic moulding which is subjected to chemical treatment to give the required shape and colour.
