Elongated anchor hole cover plate - has oblong form with round bolt hole eccentrically situated in lengthwise direction

The cover plate is for an elongated hole in a component. This has a round hole for a screwed bolt, esp. that of an expanding socket or anchoring device. The plate is of oblong shape and the round hole (17) is eccentrically situated in its lengthwise direction. To the side of the hole there can be a boss (29) to prevent the plate turning and in one piece wit it, being typically formed by a rib pressed out of it or a lug bent or punched out.
