摘要

The laminated material is for use in a friction component, having a friction layer applied to a supporting one by the wire-explosion or cathode or sputtering process. The friction layer comprises a solid mixt. of particles pulverised onto it in a static sequence and distribution pattern and of materials having differing frictional characteristics, together with, if desired, other particles improving these characteristics. Some at least of the materials combined in the layer in particle form are not mutually soluble and cannot bond together in the solid state. Friction layer and other layer(s) may comprise particles of PTFE, FEP, PVF and/or PO.
