The liquid-throttling device comprises a series of throttle washers mounted one behind the other in a protective pipe. Their throttle drillings are connected to cylindrical chambers between them. These chambers (8) are cylinder sections with end faces (9) inclined to the lengthwise axis. The peripheral wall (11) of each can be at right angles to the end face and the chambers can be formed in each washer in both sides, their end faces being parallel to each other.
