摘要

PURPOSE:To form a beutiful mirrorlike polished face not obtained usually, by using the neutral electrolyte added a fixed quantity of sodium sulfate or nitrate, etc. to the aqueous solution containing a specific quantity of glycerol at the electrolytic polishing of the above-mentioned alloy. CONSTITUTION:Neutral electrolyte added 10-100g/l sulfuric acid or one kind or two kinds or more of each sulfate or nitrate of sodium, potassium, ammonium to the aqeuous solution containing 50-85% glycerol, is used for the electrolytic polishing method of austenitic stainless steel containing Ni and Ni base alloy by the neutral electrolyte. By this method, very beautiful polished surface is obtained and trouble of environmental pollution by acidic electrolyte, is settled and also, the defect not turning polished face into mirrorlike face caused by selective electrolysis of grain boundary by the normal neutral salt electrolyte, is improved.
