BRUSH ASSEMBLING OF BRUSH HOLDER FOR SMALLLSIZED DC MACHINE

PURPOSE:To lower the reduction of noise and to improve the vibration characteristic of the spring of the brush holder of the small-sized DC machine by a method wherein an insulating elastic material is disposed between a brush holder case and a brush case, and a brush terminal is led out through a cap made of an insulating elastic material. CONSTITUTION:The brush case 11 is made into an integral body with the brush holder case 10 interposing the insulating elastic material 12 between them. A groove 13 is formed on one end face of the elastic material 12. While a bent part 14 is formed at the base part of the terminal being bent in almost L type, the tip part of terminal is inserted through the insulating cap 15 of the brush holder and a brush 16 is equipped at the base part of terminal interposing the spring 17 between them. The brush 16 and the spring 17 are inserted in the brush case 11 and the bent part 14 of terminal is pressed in the groove 13 to assemble a brush part. Accordingly, high frequency components in noise can be specially reduced, and the assembling becomes easy.
