PURPOSE:To utilize effectively the remaining heat of exhaust gas and at the same time, to prevent completely the salts from depositing in the circulation system, by utilizing the remaining heat of the exhaust gas of high temperature immediately after the cooling of the exhaust gas for concentrating the dust collection water containing a large amount of salts and, moreover, by drawing out only the dust collection water containing a particularly large amount of salts from the circulation system at the outlet of the primary dust collector.
