Frequency and phase control for plesio chronic oscillator - has phase totals counter retaining contents even if reference phase fails briefly

The control has two phase discriminators (Ph1,Ph2) comparing the oscillator's (OSZ) output with a reference (Ref). The outputs of both discriminators control a phase totals counter (PSZ) that counts 360 deg. phase movements. A correction pulse is passed to a frequency correction counter (FKZ) during every count event of the phase totals counter when the direction of the frequency difference is i.e. when the oscillator phase moves away from a reference and suppresses a correction pulse when the direction of the frequency difference is i.e. when the oscillator phase moves towards the reference phase.
