Underpressure heat pump for heating systems - has ambient air inlet port on cold side, with air filter, pressure reduction valve and expansion vessel with constant underpressure
Underpressure heat pump for heating systems - has ambient air inlet port on cold side, with air filter, pressure reduction valve and expansion vessel with constant underpressure
The pressure reduction valve can be a correspondingly dimensioned aperture, admitting only certain pressure in the expansion vessel (d). In the latter, the air pressure is lower than the atmospheric on the cold side. There is fitted a heat exchanger (e), coupled by a pipe line to the expansion vessel. The heat exchanger is mounted in a container (f) with inlet and outlet apertures. To the heat exchanger is connected an evacuator (g), such as a fan, an air pump, and a compressor etc. The evacuator delivers from the cold side, expanded air to the system hot side, against a pressure equal, at least, to atmospheric. On the hot side is provided an aperture (h), in front of which is connected a control valve (i), for delivery of air heated by the evacuation from the cold side, e.g. during a transition period. On the hot side is provided a second heat exchanger (k), coupled by a pipe to the evacuator.
