The vending display stand mounts sample panels of wallpaper comprising a portal frame (2,3,2) on a base (1). Rectangular hollow section posts (2) have slot holes (4) for the location of the head (5) and toe (51) rails at alternative heights. The rails have vertical holes (7) at regular centres. Vertically elongated rectangular panels (6) locate a paper sample on each face, with stub (8,81) axles which extend their hung vertical edges at the head and foot. Panel hanging is by locating stub axles in aligned holes in rails (5 and 51) respectively. Each panel, is pivotable about its hung edge. The panels are at close centres so that pivoting of a selected end panel effects the reversal of the column.
