PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent pressure welding part easily and economically, by inserting a film consisting of a composite of hydrocarbon compound plastic, into between the surfaces, to be seamed and performing gas pressure welding. CONSTITUTION:A composite is made of hydrocarbon compound plastic such as polyethylene, etc., and gas pressure welding is performed by sticking the flux 1 which has made the said composite a film after performing the grinding processing to the end of steel materials 2, 3, or immediately putting a cap shaped film 1' of proper thickness after performing the grinding processing to the end of steel materials 2, 3. In some cases, it is profitable to use a flux obtained by forming hydrocarbon compound plastic to which carbon black or graphite being added, as a film.
