PURPOSE:To prepare a new ''mizuyokan'' having an aroma and good taste of white wine, by blending ''mizuyokan'' with raisins preserved with white wine. CONSTITUTION:White jam is added to dissolved filamentary agar and white granulated sugar, stirred well by a beater, sorbitol is added to the blend, which is heated by fire directly. While raisins are preserved with white wine, sealed and allowed to stand for 24hr. Rainsins and white wine are added to kneaded ''mizuyokan'' simultaneously, and it is cooled.
