PURPOSE:To separate each optical isomer accurately at the same time by a gas chromatography, by using optically active peptide ester as a stationary phase after reacting a mixture of optical isomer of carboxylic acid having an assymetric carbon atom with amine having an NH2 radical connecting directly with the assymetric carbon atom. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of optical isomer of carboxylic acid (including the primary chrysanthemumic acid also) expressed by formulaI[R1, R2, R3 are each different H, halogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl (substitution) alkyl and a substituent is halogen, OH, acyloxy, SH, acylthio]is reacted with amine having an amino radical expressed by formula II (R4-R6 are each different H, alkyl, cycloalky, aryl) or amino acid ester having the amino radical connecting directly with an assymetric carbon atom, and four kinds of diastereomer amide derivative are made and after that, the optical isomer is separated accurately by a gas chromatography using peptide ester of S-triazine derivatives having two or more of assymetric carbon atoms expressed by formula III as a stationary phase.
