摘要

PURPOSE:To analyze optical isomers by using optically active peptide ester as immobilized phase and allowing to react alcohol and ester of hydroxy-carboxylic acid to be analyzed with isocyanate to form carbamate derivative. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of optical isomers of alcohol or ester of hydroxy carboxylic acid having hydroxy group linked to asymmetric carbon atom, is allowed to react with isocyanate shown by general formula R1-N=C=O (R1 is alkyl or aryl) to form carbamate derivatives. These carbamates are separated by gas chromatography using an immobilized phase consisting of optically active derivative of peptide ester or amino acid amide to analyze optical isomers. According to this method, the ratio of optical isomers of alcohol and ester of hydroxy carboxylic acid having asymmetric carbon atom can be analyzed in the state of antipodes that has never been analyzed except diastereomer.
