STABILIZED HIGH PARTIAL MOLAR SILICIC ALKALI SOLUTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To staliblize high partial molar silicic alkali solution for a long term or to adjust hardening time, by making hydrazin and/or hydrated hydrazin exist in said solution as a stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:80% hydrazin and/or hydrated hydrazin-not less than 0.1wt. % in hydrated hydrazin conversion-preferably, 0.5-5 wt. % -is contained to silicic alkali solution with not less than 3 partial mol of SiO2/R2O (R=Na, K or Li) obtained by various kinds of methods. This method stabilizes said silicic alkali solution for a long term, adequately maintains hardening time and effectively attains the stabilization of viscosity. Hydrazin, etc. decompose in the cases of heating, such as, ceramic industry, casting, adhesives, paint, because they decompose at high temp, thus finally having no effect on material itself, then ensuring extreme advantage.
