Method for obtaining Derivatives of 3 - fenoxipiridina - 1 - Oxide of formula (i), in which R is alcohilo Lower. Involves the reaction of a Derivative of 3 - fenoxipiridina, of formula (ii), in which R is alcohilo Bottom with an oxidizing Agent, such as peraacetico acid in an Inert Organic Solvent, and temperature between 0 and 100 degrees centigrade.The product is separated by distillation. These compounds have pharmacological applications as anticonvulsant agents.
