The cutter roll loader has several drive motors, . at least one having its speed controlled by a power electronic device. The coal cutter has several further controllable modules and a control electronic system coupled to a process computer. The power electronic system, extended by the speed control of the cutter roller motors, is stationary mounted and connected to the loader via motor conductive lines with compensation for different distances. The control electronic system of the regulated motors is mounted separately and stationary from the power electronic system, the two systems being connected via stationary conductors. The control electronic system is preferably mounted in a switchboard coupled to a switchboard housing the power electronic system. The conductive lines may be of drag type, possibly laid parallel with one or several water hoses.
