Disposal box for the wearer of an artificial intestinel outlet bag comprises a storage space on the underside of the lid for a store of disposal bags, of which the first is readily accessible; compartments for filled disposal bags and (separately) cleaning materials, and a gastight seal between the base and the lid. The disposal bags are pref. of opaque or black plastics material. The chest pref. has number combination locks to close it. The entire kit is intended to provide all that is required for a patient to permit mobility.
