The radiator comprises a top and bottom header, connected together by tubes. The bottom header (2) has a seating (7) for a flow regulating valve (4). This valve has a central tube (9) forming an outlet for the water, the liquid entering through an annular orifice (10) around the tube. The radiator header is divided longitudinally, by a partition (11), into two parts. The end of the valve tube enters a hole (16) in the partition, up to a stop (15) and forms a seal. Water flows along one divided portion (12) of the header and back along the other (13).
