The hair curler consists of a grill (22) fitted round a normal curler. Part of a lock of hair is rolled onto the curler and the grill is then put on to form a larger curler and the rest of the hair is rolled over this. The grill has two flexible rods (23,24) that are joined together by parallel rectilinear bars (25). The grill is held in place by the pressure exerted by the hair and the normal fastening of the curler.
