RUNNING AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM IN OFF SET ROLL PRESS MACHINE

PURPOSE:To reduce damaged paper and improve the efficiency of an operator by sequence-controlling each operational step in an off-set mimeograph machine in accordance with a specified order. CONSTITUTION:A mimeograph machine starts with an auto-run on the position and a folding transfer clutch and a printing are operated. Less than 10 seconds after start and less than 100rpm of printing drum rolling, a blanket drum, watering roller and inking roller are brought into contact with the printing drum (B, C, D). When the printing drum speed reaches 100rpm, the mimeograph machine stops the acceleration for checkup of paper (E, F). Then the mimeograph machine is speeded up till the specified revolution to conduct the specified print (G, H). After operation a stop button is switched on (K). And when the revolution becomes less than 100rpm after about 10 seconds, the inking roller, the watering roller and the blanket drum are disconnected (L, M, N) to stop printing with the print operation and auto-run positioned off (P).
