CONFIRMATION FOR DRILL REMOVAL IN DRILLING MACHINE FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

PURPOSE:To remove troubles such as breakage and other damages by confirming the removal of drills from the spindle with a magnetic sensor. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic sensor is set in the inducing pipe of an exhaust drill, a sensing signal generated by a drill passing said pipe is used as a check signal, and the spindle receives this signal and moves to next drill charging cycle. A magnetic sensor 14 in the middle of the inducing pipe 12 is provided and whether the drill should be removed or not is checked by this magnetic sensor 14. The drill is made of magnetic metal material and the drill can be sensed out easily.
