METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GENERATING POWER BY CONVERTING KINETIC ENERGY OF FLUID THROUGH UTILIZATION OF NATURAL PHENOMENA

PURPOSE:To accomplish conversion of energy, by winding ropes around a pair of a main and an auxiliary turning bodies in opposite directions to each other, ejecting fluid alternately to umbrella-shaped pressure receiving plates disposed at free ends of respective ropes, and causing normal and reverse rotation of the main turning body repeatedly by the thrust applied to the pressure receiving plates. CONSTITUTION:At the time period when a roll clamp 7 is slid forward on a main rope 9, an auxiliary rope 22 is moved forward even if the movement of the main rope 9 is stopped. At the same time, another auxiliary rope 22' is wound and moved backward, tightens tensile ropes 18 connected to an umbrella-shaped pressure receiving plate 8', comes into a state capable of ejecting fluid, begins to open from closed state, increases its opening gradually, begins to eject fluid, drives a main rope 9' forward, and turns a main turning body 6 in a reverse direction. Therefore, during the time period when pressure is acted to one pressure receiving plate 8 and the main rope 9 is driven forward, the main turn body 6 is turned in normal direction and a coaxial, main winding drum 4' is turned also in normal direction, so that the main rope 9' is wound around the drum 4' in reverse direction. Similarly, an auxiliary winding drum 19' also winds the rope in reverse direction.
