METHOD FOR CONVERTING KINETIC ENERGY OF NATURAL SEA WAVES INTO ROTATIONAL MOTION THROUGH DROOPING PHENOMENON OF COUNTERBALANCING WEIGHT AND GENERATING POWER BY UTILIZING GRAVITY OF EARTH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for converting the kinetic energy of natural sea waves into rotational motion through the drooping phenomenon of a counterbalancing weight and generating power by utilizing the gravity of the earth in order to allow revision of the current power generation that depends largely on water-power, thermal power, and nuclear power generation.SOLUTION: A method for generating power by actively utilizing the gravity of the earth includes: hanging a counterbalancing weight having the same specific gravity as the sea water to the surface of the sea, moving the counterbalancing weight vertically in accordance with a rise/fall in the sea level; joining a seawater-resistant rope to the counterbalancing weight; rotating a relay drum arranged above the counterbalancing weight; and rotating a main shaft drum joined to a power generation shaft by the torque of the relay drum.
