A reduction of the pressure in the space (26) between the double conduits (10, 11) results in the spring (19) moving the piston (17) and the main valve member (16) connected thereto towards closed position, which gives rise to a fluid flow through a one-way restrictor (51-53) which is thereby opened and propagates the pressure caused by the spring (19) to the control piston (37), whereby the pilot controlled check valve (41, 42) relieves the pressure in the fluid lock formed by the piston and cylinder mechanism (17, 18).
