A machine for aligning optical fibers with light emitting or characterized photodetectors that it comprises: a lever (2) to obtain a reduction of motion applied at its free end, having at the other end a rod (3) deflectable and which is fixed by a screw (4); a support reference (5) on which the lever (2) is supported, and which accommodates the shaft (3) thereof, and also sets a micrometric positions (6); an arm (7) attached to the movable part of the positioner (6) supporting the light emitting or photodetector (8); one portafibras (9), which serves as a terminal support for the optical fiber; a block (10) attached to the lever (2) which serves to accommodate the portafibras (9) which is fixed to the block (10) with the screw (11) and a positioner (14) consisting of a rectangular body with a window in which the free end of the lever (2) is housed.
