In this method allowing to assay for anti-bodies against the sperm, spermatozoids from the donnor or soluble preparations obtained from spermatozoids are first fixed on microtitration PVC plates; said fixed spermatozoids are then incubated with the test serum; then, a radioactively or enzymatically marked binding protein with antibody specificity, e.g. A protein, is bound to those fixed cells, and the fixed radioactivity or enzymatic activity is measured.
